Ducting projects

We design, build, install and service ducted evaporative cooling for factories, commercial buildings and institutions. Every project starts with a free site visit*.

E-cool cooler with a long duct for ducted cooling

What we take on

One team for the whole system

  • Industrial duct air coolers and complete ducting
  • HVAC, AHUs, cooling towers and air washers
  • Industrial exhaust fans
  • Poultry and greenhouse cooling pad walls and exhaust fans
  • Servicing of industrial duct air coolers

The free site visit* lets us assess the cooling need and site conditions accurately, so the ducting design fits the building and the budget.

How ducted cooling works

Cool air delivered where people work

A duct cooler outside the building feeds cooled air through ducting to every work area, while exhaust fans let the warm air out.

  1. 1Hot outside air is drawn through the wet cellulose pads and cools as the water evaporates.
  2. 2The cooler fan pushes the cooled air into the main duct under the roof.
  3. 3Drop ducts with adjustable diffusers deliver the air to each work area.
  4. 4Exhaust fans or open vents let the warm, stale air out.

How a project runs

Six stages, one team

  1. 1

    Site visit

We visit your site free of charge* to assess the cooling need and site conditions.

  2. 2

    Design

We design the ducting layout and choose coolers for the area, roof height and heat load.

  3. 3

    Manufacture

Coolers and duct components are built to the agreed design.

  4. 4

    Installation

Our team installs the system with as little disruption to your work as possible.

  5. 5

    Testing

We commission the system and check it meets the agreed performance.

  6. 6

    Support

We service the coolers and supply spare parts for the life of the system.
