Delivery Locations

1. Domestic Shipping:
We deliver to all locations within India.

2. International Shipping:

Delivery Timeframes

1. Standard Delivery:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Delivery timeframes are as follows:
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 5-7 business days
- Remote locations: 7-10 business days

2. Express Delivery:
Express delivery options may be available for an additional charge. Please contact our customer service team for more details.

Shipping Charges

1. Standard Shipping:
A flat shipping rate is applied based on the order value and delivery location.

2. Express Shipping:
Additional charges will apply for express shipping. The exact amount will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your order.

2. Order Status:
You can also track the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.

Delivery Attempts

1. Failed Delivery Attempts:
Our delivery partner will make two attempts to deliver your order. If the delivery is not successful after two attempts, the package will be returned to us.

2. Reshipment:
If you still wish to receive the order, you will need to contact our customer service team to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
